Neon blue pigment powder. Brilliant color. Will glow when exposed to a black light or UV flashlight.

Safe for use in Soaps, Nail Polish, Bath Bombs. 

Personally tested in CCDIY's Artist Resin Epoxy by Simply Sarah: Custom Creations.

This product is a pigment powder so it will not have the sparkle and smoothness of our other mica powders. Make sure this is mixed well in your medium to ensure consistent color on your project.
