This is a copper interference powder. Shifts from shimmery white to a faint copper when the light hits it. 

Ingredients are Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Tin Oxide

Cosmetic grade, REACH certified. Safe for use in cosmetics (eyes, body, skin and lips).

Personally tested in Promarine Epoxy by Simply Sarah: Custom Creations.
