Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order please contact us and we can discuss options to fix the situation.
Damaged Items
If you find that your package was damaged during shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will request photos of the damaged product so we can pursue a claim (if needed) with the shipping vendor. \
Please note that USPS does require the following notes information as part of filing a claim. Failure to retain the items noted below may forfeit your refund or replacement request.
Proof of Damage (Directly from USPS website)
Photos that clearly show the extent of damage will help with your case. For damaged claims, you’ll also need to provide an estimate of the repair costs from a reputable dealer.
- Save the original packaging and everything in the package until your claim is settled.
- Do not throw out damaged items, even after you photograph them.
- Do not reship items that were not damaged. Save them with the damaged items.
- You may be asked to take the entire package to your local Post Office™ facility for inspection.

Shipping
At this time we only offer flat rate shipping to United States. If you would like to purchase from outside the United States please send us an email and we can discuss shipping options.
Our goal is to ship your order out within 72 business hours of the order being placed. Please note if your order contains any pre-order items everything will ship out at one time with the pre-order item(s). Also during peak times such as sales, box releases or holidays shipping may be delayed past the 72 hour mark.
Our current business hours are Monday through Thursday 10am till 5pm CST and Friday 9am - 3pm. We are usually away from the email on Saturday and Sunday to allow for family time.
We will do our best to keep all customers up to date either via our website or Facebook page if there will be any delays in shipping.
